Ihre Aufgaben

Fachliche und personelle Führung von Mitarbeitenden im 4-Schichtbetrieb
Serienbegleitende Prüfung von Flakes und Granulat
Systemische Freigabe oder Sperrung der angelieferten und produzierten Artikel im System
Unterstützung bei Produktionsstartfreigaben und systemischen Freigaben im Bereich Spritzerei und Blasformen
Reklamationsbearbeitung (gegenüber Kunden und Lieferanten)
Erstbemusterung und Lieferantenbewertungen
Mitarbeit in Qualitätsprojekten
Unterstützung der Schichtmitarbeitenden im Bedarfsfall

Sie bringen mit

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kunststoff und/ oder Qualität, idealerweise abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kunststofftechniker:in EFZ
Erfahrung im Bereich von Lebensmitteln oder Lebensmittelverpackungen von Vorteil
Grundkenntnisse chemischer und physikalischer Prüfungen
Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und Englisch Grundkenntnisse
Selbständige Arbeitsweise
Zuverlässig, flexibel, kunden- und teamorientiert sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
Bereitschaft für interne Weiterbildungen

I feel that Resilux is a company which will give me the opportunity to continue to learn and evolve.

I am Abdel Al Qaisi and I started to work at Resilux Romania as a packer in May 2020. After five months, I had the opportunity to move up to being a Process Operator. I didn’t expect to be so attracted to this job, but to my surprise I liked it and decided to stay.
