Techniker im Bereich Blaserei / Dispenser 100%

Was Deine Aufgaben sind

  • Präventive Instandhaltung, Lokalisieren und Beheben von Störungen an den Produktionsanlagen und deren Peripherie.
  • Umrichtern von Blasmaschinen und Montageautomaten Dispenser
  • Planen und durchführen der präventiven Instandhaltung im Aussenwerk BINA
  • Optimierung der Prozesseinstellungen auf Basis der Vorgaben und erreichten Qualität
  • Produktionsunterstützung bei Bedarf 
  • Lückenlose Dokumentation der ausgeführten Arbeiten sowie Datenerfassung in den ERP-Systemen 
  • Mitarbeit bei diversen Projekten und Abteilungsübergreifende Unterstützung 

Was Du mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen/mechanischen Bereich
  • Saubere, exakte und selbständige Arbeitsweise und Dokumentation
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Analytisch denkende und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit, mit dem Willen gemeinsam die Unternehmensziele zu erreichen
  • Bereitschaft für Pikettdienst und Einsätze im Aussenwerk

As part of the Production and Warehouse Department my job is to organize the warehouse, packing and raw material operators’ tasks. 

Originally I was a machine operator but after just six months, I had the chance to take on more responsibility as a production assistant. I am currently also doing a master’s degree in Lean Manufacturing and am carrying out the implementation of ‘Lean’ projects in parts of the Resilux organization.
